Thank you for purchasing a Tommee Tippee Multi-Lid Cup. This product support page is here to help you use it safely, to let you know how to clean and take care of it, and to answer any questions you may have.
Some toddlers like cups with straws, while others prefer a spout, so the Multi-Lid gives you both. Made for toddlers aged 12 months+, this insulated water bottle comes with two interchangeable lids to suit their drinking style. Swap the straw for the spout and use their favorite cup for longer.
As with most sippy and straw cups, ours are to be used with milk, water or juices that don’t contain pulp. Do not use with fizzy (carbonated) beverages, formula or hot liquids.
It’s important that you inspect your cup before each use and throw away at the first signs of damage or weakness. Do not…
This cup is…
For you child’s safety and health…
Please be aware that continuous and prolonged sucking of fluids will cause tooth decay. Tooth decay in young children can occur even when non-sweetened fluids are used. This can occur if the baby is allowed to use the cup for long periods through the day and particularly through the night, when saliva flow is reduced or if it is used as a pacifier.
Instructions for cleaning your cup
Before first use, disassemble and thoroughly clean the cup. Our insulated cups are suitable for sterilization by cold water tablet/liquid solution only.
Wash in warm soapy water and rinse in clean water or wash in the dishwasher but be sure to place them on the top shelf only, and don’t use solvents or harsh chemicals. To avoid stains, do not allow the cup to contact oil-based foods or tomato-based sauces, and to prevent damage, avoid using a brush on the soft part of the valve.
Before every use clean the cup carefully, and always thoroughly clean the valve after each use. To clean your cup…
1. Un-screw the lid and use your thumb to push out the valve.
2 Separate the 2 parts of the valve (soft & hard).
3 Wash all parts including base and handles (if included) thoroughly in warm soapy water and rinse in clean water.
Always shake parts after washing to remove excess water and leave to air dry before reassembling.
Instructions for reassembling your cup
Your cup could leak or be difficult to drink from if not assembled correctly as follows…
4.Align the two parts (soft & hard) and press together.
5a. Ensure parts A and B of the soft side are fully pushed through the holes of the hard side. This is essential to make sure the valve functions correctly.
5b. Ensure the slit B opens by squeezing before use.
6. Place the valve back in the lid, and push firmly until the sides lock into place. Screw on
lid.
