CANCELLING/ AMENDING YOUR ORDER

1. Click here to go to the guest order cancellation form.
2. Enter your order details. You will need your order number and the email address or postcode you used for the order. You can find this on the order confirmation email.
3. Click the Cancel Order button to confirm you would like to cancel your order. Please note it can take a few minutes for your order to process before the cancel button appears. After the 30 minute time limit has passed the cancel button will no longer appear.
4. You will receive an email confirmation stating your order has been cancelled and your payment will be voided.
5. If you’re unable to cancel using this form, it means that it’s too late to cancel your order and it will be delivered to you as scheduled. If it's too late to cancel, check how to return an item.

When you place an order with Tommee Tippee, the funds are reserved for us - we don't actually take the money until your order has been confirmed and shipped from our warehouse. If you cancel your order, we don't take the money, however it may take up to 10 working days for your bank or card issuer to make your funds available to you again

You can check if you can cancel an order directly from your account:

1. Go to order details page and click 'view order' on the order you wish to cancel.
2. Click the Cancel Order button to confirm you would like to cancel your order. Please note it can take a few minutes for your order to process before the cancel button appears. After the 30 minute time limit has passed the cancel button will no longer appear.
3. Once you have selected the cancel option your order status will update to cancelled.
4. You will receive an email confirmation stating your order has been cancelled and your payment will be voided.
5. If this option is unavailable, it means that it’s too late to cancel your order and it will be delivered to you as scheduled. If it's too late to cancel, check out to return an item.
